    How old is she?

Have you properly potty trained her?

    Is she crate trained?

How often do you take her out?

When do you take her out?

    Is she fixed?

Is this a recent issue, or has this been going on since you got her?

Also, how old was she when you got her?

Any changes in the house since this started?
