    Getting pregnant
I am in my mid 20's and my fiancé is in his early 30's and we have been trying to get pregnant for a little over a year and been unsuccessful. I been to a OBGYN and they said I am fine and should be able to get pregnant. I just started taking vitamins. What else can I do??

Look into OPK's (ovulation prediction kits) available at any drug store. It might help you determine the best time to have intercourse. There is also a product called "Preeseed" that is sperm friendly lube, which might help some couples.

Each cycle there is approximately a 20% of successful conception, so the odds are very slim even for fertile couples. Sometimes, it just takes longer than we might like.
