    How limited is the probation officer when searching a home
    My brother is on probation when the PO officer came to the house they search his room and try to find something. Then they search other rooms with out permission could they do that I didn't let them but they just kept opening doors and started assuming things... What could I do thy wher mean and made my little brothers cry and parents

    Yeah, probation officers suck... They can search the whole house.

    They may look in every drawer, in every area, and check the computers, look in ever closet.

    There can not be anything with open access that would violate his probation.

    For them to be doing home inspections, they must really really suspect he is still doing something. ** drugs or guns comes to my mind ? What was he convicted of.

    If the brother is a adult, if he moves out, then they won't upset younger brother
