    Pain in stomach
    I am having pain right under my breast. Feels like I'm having severe muscle spasm to the point I feel like I'm going to vomit

    If it's the right side:
    Odds are reasonable for a gallbladder attack. See a doctor.
    Left side: possible heart attack. Go to an ER.
