    Contempt of court
I was wondering, my fiancé just went to court over his ex-wife trying to change the children's name to her maiden name? We won the case stating the children's legal name as his. Well, now the children are telling us that their mother has told them their name is hyphenated with her maiden name at the end? Can we file contempt of court?

I think she is just telling the children that! If the court said no then she is just making it up.
