    Oklahomans have to register with the state Adoption Reunion Registry to get information on birth parents. Finding siblings might be easy, it might be impossible. Google Oklahoma Department of Human Services.

    You can get non-identifying medical information from the state.

    If you want an actual REUNION, you need to register on reunion websites--adoption.com and ISRR are two of the best.
