    Water pressure decreasing
We built a house in 2005. The water pressure recently dropped, especially in the 2nd floor bathtub and now months later the shower in that bathroom has decreased and sporadic faucets will decrease most recently the kitchen on 1st floor. I don't see a leak by the water heater in the basement. Any ideas?

Remove shower head from shower arm and see if water flows OK w/o shower head installed. If OK than clean filter inside shower head and reinstall.

In kitchen, remove Aerator installed on spout on your kitchen faucet and see how water runs w/o it. If OK, then clean aerator and reinstall.

Tub may have debris inside cartridge. Here you would need tools and some expertise to take it apart and clean / replace cartridge.

( It can also be a faulty pressure regulator - but if that's so than you would have low pressure throughout the whole house, not only in few selected fixtures.)
