The hernia is a little pouch of your stomach pressing on your esophagus through an opening in the diaphragm. Food doesn't get into the stomach properly and sits there burning into your delicate tissues mixing with the powerful acids of the stomach. Over time it can get very serious. Surgery can be done, of course, but that is up to your doctor.
Foods to avoid are
Spicy, greasy, fried, and sugary foods
Coffee, and carbonated drinks
Tomatoes, grapefruits and grapefruit juices
ANYTHING that you notice bothers you.
No one online can address your enlarged liver and deposits (stones) in your kidneys. That is too complicated and you need to spend more time talking with the doctor.
You can do some in depth research online about your diet, which might help somewhat with all of this. But whether your conditions are reversible with diet is not something anyone online can answer. You don't need to buy any supplements, they are an expensive waste. Just a good healthy diet, lots of water/liquids to keep your kidneys working properly, no smoking and no alcohol, and possibly a multi-vitamin.
