    Drug court
    My fiancé is in Colorado and trying to get her case dismissed or dropped from a felon. She's been in drug court for almost 6 months and hasn't been asked to plea. She also has proven that she is not drug abusive by pulling all of her medical records.

    The only person that can help them is an expensive and VERY good lawyer...

    So she needs perhaps to hire a better attorney. But is that not the point of drug court, not to charge you and allow you to prove. I also know that 6 months in aspect of drug court is just a start often,

    While the titles vary on location, when she discussed this with her case worker or counselor, what have they said. What has judge said on last visit to court
