    I need serious medical help
I am a resident of the united states.my parents are citizens.I can APPLY for citizenship in 2 yrs .meanwhile I am not eligible for anytype of gov help wich I don't expect.I come from a middle class family.but I do have a severe injury to my right knee,it goes out of place and certain ligaments are torn.the surgery would have to be paid out of pocker for about 15,000.I nor my family has that money.the pain is so unbearable to the point I domt get out of bed for days and I put ice packs.I love this country wich I consider myself part of but I don't want to go to another country to get surgery for cheAper... what options do I have?

Why don't you want to merely go to another country for a operation, people do it by the 1000's every week, or travel to Canada for cheaper drugs, and the such. This is called being saving money.

Next why do you think the government should be paying for your medical bills ? Even if you were a citizen, if you come from middle class, you can not get free medical care.

Your parents are suppose to ( esp if middle class) have health insurance they purchase that will pay most of the bills.

But you arrange payment plans with the doctors and hospitals, this is common,

'i am not eligible for anytype of gov help wich I don't expect.'

    OP isn't expecting gov't help.

Certain diseases are sometimes eligible for free care at university medical centers, but this isn't going to qualify, so you have no choice but to go to another country or pay a lot here.
