Can they garnish a direct deposit preloaded Visa in Missouri
I have a garnishment on a bank account in Missouri. I don't care about it because I moved most of my funds to another bank long before the garnishment was issued. The creditor has also garnished my wages but I am on SSDI and am only able to work part time so that's not an issue with me so much either.

I am wondering if I can leave my SSDI direct deposit in my checking account and it will be safe? Also , the part time job requires direct deposit. Can I open a direct deposit preloaded Visa account and be safe from bank account garnishment? Since they are garnishing my wages already, I'm thinking about using the preloaded Visa for direct deposit in case they discover my account at the other ban,

How about paying the debt instead of trying to find ways around it?

If they discover you have an account in the new bank, I think that when they serve a writ of garnishment on that bank the bank will be obligated to turn over all funds, including those in the new "preloaded Visa" account.

Direct deposit doesn't save you from any garnishment, and SSDI can be garnished wherever it is.
Any account with your SSN attached will be found.
I don't think a pre-loaded card can even have DD.
    You can't really hide.
