I'm having liver pain right below my right ribcage and my period has been late for a month now. I am not pregnant because I'm a lesbian. And also I was recently diagnosed with anxiety and I have chronic sob and occasional chest
Pain. The liver pain is sharp and random, like every 10 minutes.

Your gall bladder is a lot more likely to hurt than your liver. Where did you get liver from?

Chest pain, SOB, and anxiety can all go together. As long as a doctor has examined you and not found any medical causes for the first two, I would concentrate on the anxiety, and practice deep breathing at least once an hour for a few minutes. Sit tall or stand, close your eyes, listen to classical music, and take huge deep breaths - or better yet, go for a brisk walk.

As for the delayed or missed period, that can be so many reasons, from anxiety to anemia to nearing menopause to just a quirk in hormones that month that it cannot be addressed online.
