Clean the wounds and make her comfortable, but if she is really that bad then call the vets office and they will arrainge to see her what ever the time is it just depends if you can afford it.

Make sure your cat is comfortable, and leave her alone for the most part... if she acts like she doesn't want attention, don't force it on her, no matter how much you want to make her feel better. If she does want attention, be careful to pet her away from the wounds... they're going to be tender, and you want to soothe, not irritate. Remember that a big chunk of her discomfort is going to be from the fatigue, stress, and sore muscles from the fight, rather than the wounds themselves, and that part will go away on its own over time.

As CBW says, clean up the wounds (gently). Since this just happened, getting her to the vet immediately isn't critical (with respect to infection), as long as the wounds have stopped bleeding. There's not much the vet will do for the pain itself anyway... mostly they'll treat the wounds to keep them from getting worse and prescribe antibiotics to prevent infection.

Keep her inside. That probably goes without saying, but I know I have trouble thinking straight when my kitty is hurt :)
