    There were no attorneys present, no court, nothing when we adopted her
    It was only me the daddy and the People we adopted her to we went to there Hotel and signed this paper that's it.. I only signed one paper that says the following...


    RELINQUISHMENT OF INFANT BY PARENTS




    We, Jodi Miller and The fathers name, the parents having exclusive right of custody and control of Jane Doe, Female infant born in OHSU (Hospital) at Portland, OR on Nov,19,2000,hereby vountarily do assign and release custody of the aboved named infant to Jon Doe and Jane Doe of 1111 mystery lane.

    We hereby agree that Jon and Jane is to assume custody of the infant Jane Doe for the purpose of placing her in a suitable, adoptive family.

    We hereby authorize Jon and Jane Doe to undertake all the appropriate steps necessary to effect the legal adoption of the infant, Jane Doe, the same as if we were present, and we hereby waive notice of any proceeding for the adoption of the infant.

    We, Jodi Miller and The fathers name, as parents of Jane Doe, bereby assert the infant is of sound body and mind when received by Jon and Jane Doe, the relinquishment agreement shall become void and of no further affect, and we shall, there upon, accept the return of the above-named infant.

    You had no legal representation. This is all very fishy. So after you and your boyfriend signed this, the couple went through the process of the legal adoption? I fail to see how this was all legal.
