    My guts are sore
I was sick - nausea, diarrhea, headache. I think it was something I ate. I've been on and off gluten - My naturalpathic dr recommended I go off it. The day before I ate a fake bacon product with gluten after staying away from gluten for weeks, and I drank 2 glasses of wine? Neither are regular in my diet. At first I had the urgency to have a bowel movement, I would sit on the stool nothing much would happen besides slimmy stuff. After about 5 hours of this I took, Milk of Magnesia(once) and Alka Seltzer a few times over the next 24 hrs. So then I'm tired still have a headache. The weird part is my insides are sore. Every time I walk or move a certain way I'm aware that my insides are sore. At first it was only my lower belly now there's discomfort at the top as well. I think the top discomfort has to do with me eating. I haven’t had a bowel movement since the diarrhea. I don't have insurance. So I want to know when/if I should be concerned enough to go to urgent care. I'm 52 African American female

I would probably rely on a proper dietitian rather than a naturopathic doctor.

It sounds like you've cleared out your gut. Which is probably why your belly is sore. The nausea is probably due to low blood sugar and nutreients. IT sounds like you've not have anything to eat that has stayed in your gut in a couple days. Dehydration is probably the cause of your headache. Drink a couple glasses of water and eat something. If the symptoms persist than you should see a doctor.

See if you can apply for medicaid or what not.
