    Do I have to pay child support if I sign my rights away
    If I'm the mother but not making anough money, the dad is asking for more money and doing whaterver he wants with the court order, can I sing my rigths away, go back to my cuntry and stop paying?

    No... you have to pay. And if that means working two jobs you have to do that... millions of fathers have to do it... and many mothers do as well.

    Well he brough my kids without my permission from Panama, I spent almost a year looking for them, I found them here, we got 50/50 on the custody, he got married, he got help from the government, I don't have my papers to work,It's hard to find a job I don't speack good English, the judge stop my pyments, but now he wants more money and he wants to find out how much I'm making, It's hard for me, I have no family here, I came to be close to my kids but he talks bad things about me to them and my oldest don't want to see me. I have prove but in spanish that he try to kill me back in my cuntry, and I came here to be homeless? and pay him for my own tears? I don't have the money to hire a lawyer, I don't know what to do.

    You start with a false assumption that you can sign your rights away. Also, if you have 50/50 why is either of you paying support.

    You will be responsible for any child support ordered by a court.
