    I already asked a question but where do I look for the answer (which is not in "Forum
    I asked a question about why my gas furnace does not come on although the Maple/Chase thermostat worked to turn on the air conditioning all summer.

    You incorrectly put it on the Forum board where it was stuck under "Moderating." I moved it to Heating and Air Conditioning.
