    Moving with children
I am currently divorced and wanting to move to another city with my children. There father has not been actively involved and lived 2 hours from us at this time. I am looking to move to another city that is 20 minutes from where I currently living and have lived with the children since the divorce 6 years ago. This new city would be 20 minutes closer to him, better schools and still in the same county as I currently live. If I move with my kids to this new location, can he get me for kidnapping or cause a scene about the move? I currently have all decision making and he has 30 day's visitiation a year. I am guessing I will need to let him know in writing 30 day's before the move? But is there anything I should worry about?
    Thanks!

Well, he is a interesting!! And you never know what he might pull... So I just wanted to make sure! There was one city we were looking at houses in, and it to is about 20 minutes away. And he doesn't like the city and wrote a note to the judge that we not be allowed to move there?? She never agreed, but never disagreed either.
So I just wondered if anyone knew the laws behind moving? I was originally trying to move out of state to be closer to family. And found out that is pretty hard to do. So I just don't know what to expect with staying in state but not wanting to live in my current city due to the school.
