    1. You do not allow the man in or around kids, if you allow him with kids, they may take the kids away from you also

    2. She may visit on the times court allowed, but if she causes trouble, go back and ask for it to be supervised or less times.

Does she have visitation? If there is court ordered visitation then you have to adhere to the court schedule. However, you don't have to let this man near your children. If need be, get a restraining order. But if she shows up with him, tell her you will not let her in unless he goes away. If she takes you to court over it, she will lose.

She already has supervised visitations and she always tends to cause an argument with my monitor she cancels constantly and has only visited the kids 3 x's in two months and twice out of those 3 x's she has caused a scene in front of my kids. Now my kids don't even want to go visit her cause they r scared. I am taking her to family court to try and eliminate visitations will they grant me that?

It depends. It is likely that they will make some modification if you can prove she has caused problems.

I have business cards from the police as proof that they are always involved, I have a letter from their therapist that my kids don't want to see her n text messages that show she always cancels.

Police reports (not biz cards) are what is needed, the therapists report is a good thing.
