What bill? Once the child is born you get a DNA test to prove paternity then you take him to court for child support.

No, he will not be required to pay for the birth of the child. And will not be required to pay money for you to live. You are to have a job and pay your own bills.

So where do you live, how do you eat. I did not know know there was money for single women who are not working, why are they paying you not to work ?
But after child is born you can request child support, but it will be harder to collect since he has no regular income

So, you are on welfare. So that means the state will have to foot the bill for your pre-natal care and delivery, and then contribute for the child. The state doesn't want the tax payer to pay anymore than they have to. So you report to your case-worker and give them the information about the father. The state will wait until the child is born to do a paternity test, but if he proves to be the father, they will go after him to get back at least some of what they have paid out.

The problem is, if his only income is as a poker player, his income will be neither steady and may not be completely provable.

I came to calif to study and it was 8 mnth course in that process I went on craiglist and I met this man and yes he stated he was married I want to meet someone as a friend but as we can see it turned out different I am now pregnant he lives in las vegas comes to work here in los angeles as a professional poker I am on some public asst I am trying to finsh doing my internship but I just can't. I am stressing out if I decide to have abortation he states he will fight me. I called his wife so she known now about the affair and about the pregnancy. I don't get much from the state I am looking for work. omg please give me some advise

No, he cannot stop you from having an abortion. No, he cannot stop you from leaving California. However, if you do have the baby, he can petition the court that you move back to California.
