    What does it mean when you pass out and your stomach feels empty but you ate all day
    I've been feeling dizzy, I've been blacking out, I ate like all day so I know I'm not hungry and I'm not but my stomach feels empty so I try to eat but it just makes me want to puke, Any clue what's causing these?

    The clue will come from your doctor. We can't diagnose over the Internet. This is serious. Go ASAP!
