Can I change my child custody order to another state
I currently have a child support and custody order in Illinois. I recently moved to Indiana for a job promotion, only about 25 miles from where I previously lived. My ex husband is currently behind on his support and consented to my move, also he was just charged with 2 felony counts of delivery of controlled substance, class 3 felony, which is my reason for the question. Anyway I want to know if I can move my current case into Indiana to try for sole custody.

Assuming the father remains in Illinois, jurisdiction remains there.
