    Contract law
    If A promises to pay B $500 for 104 weeks for a car and B accepts. After paying the agreed sum for 14 weeks A falls sick. B agrees to accept $200 until A recovers. A paid the reduced sum for the following 8 weeks. A wife then won $2000 and althouth they agreed to share their winning A wife decided not to share. 10 weeks after A wife winnings A received $1000 which was left to him by his uncle. In the 52nd week B disovered what had transpired. B then claimed for the full arrears of $300 and that A returned the car immediately but A refused. At the time B could have rented the car for $600 per week. Advise B.

    Yes not a real actual story, Next where is it at, contract law on vechiles can vary by location. Is the contract in writing ?
