    Ontario statute of limitations on an invoice
    I purchased some products from a supplier in May of 2011 and he has just sent me the invoice now , 17 months after I purchased. Should I still pay him or has too much time lapsed since the purchase?

    Of course you have to pay him; could be he has sloppy accounting system.
