    is live-in boyfriends income considered in child support case
    Does California law for child support consider my live-in boyfriend's income when child support for my daughter is computed? Daughter's father also lives with his girlfriend and his monthly income is 4x the amount of mine.

    Normally it is not with some exceptions. When trying to calculate rent or mortgage paid then it may come into play as well as expenses for food and utilities. Other then that it normally isn't part of the equation.
