    Is it safe to take one sudafed tablet and two Vicks night time gels?

    It would be best to stick with the Vicks and forgo the sudafed until morning.

    I took the sudafed an hour ago but my cough will keep me up all night so I thought about the night time gels to get me to sleep

    If you took the sudafed an hour ago, you should be fine to take the Vicks now. Just don't take them together.
