    Dirty ua on probation in Utah help
    My husband FINALLY got a job it is a legit at home job and online, his po wanted him to come in on Monday. My husband called said can not get in was trainging, he was told to come in on the 30th. Today they came to the house, and while on the phone during traingin searched our room. There were not used needles and made him take a ua.. he was dirty and took him in. what will happen nexxt?

    Most likely held to hearing, perhaps a few weeks.

    At the hearing the judge will either send him to jail, or give him another chance. A lot will depend on recommendation of the PO>

    Anyway to find out before.. I know its his fault for being in this situation, but just got on his feet again

    No, no way at all, He will not see the judge and in these cases there are not plea deals like in court sentencing. His attorney could try but most likey he finds out at court.
