    Getting shocked from radiator
Hi the house I rent out my tenants up front told me when they were standing on the radiator to fix part of the drop ceiling that they "accidentally" scratched up they got lightly shocked when touching the ceiling grid and told me maybe the ceiling fan had a loose wire and was touching the grid which I doubt... I remember before I rented the house out I was painting the wall right by that radiator and when I touched the wet paint and the radiator I got lightly shocked tested it and it was a real low voltage why is it doing that just from that radiator is it not grounded right what can I do to fix it any help thanks
