If you had sex, pregnancy is a possibility. As for the bleeding you experienced, there's no way to determine what caused it over the internet. Sometimes women will have spotting mid cycle for no reason.

Wait until your period is due. If you miss it wait a week an than test using first morning urine. If the test is negative wait another week or two, if you still haven't gotten your period than test again. If that test is negative, wait until your next period is due. If you miss it than test again or see a doctor for a more accurate blood test.
