    Being sued for bills
I am kind of going through the same thing, I am being sued for bills that my father was already garnished for 4 years ago for the birth of my daughter. I was a minor so he was stuck with them, even though the dad of my child (donor) was 19 at the time of the birth and he has never had to be responsible for any of it. Now a different credit collection company is coming after me 5 years later. I requested itemized copies of the bills and they all matched the bills my dad has already paid, and the total amount was more than half less than what he was garnished for. They were trying to tell me I owed 14,000 on those bills and as I went through and compared the IP numbers and OP numbers and dates and amounts, every bill was doubled, even tripled, and were whited out with my name written back in where they had my fathers name typed in, and tried to say that my daughter was getting a birth control shot at 2 months old, which obviously was me,but they had it claimed under her name.
