Every time I shower The skin on my penis head and a few inches down the shaft gets red and shinny. After sex it's a lot redder. I went to a clinic and they said it was a fungus and gave me Nystatin cream but with out any results. My penis does not hurt or bother me. Do you have any idea what it may be?

I think I have a case of Poison Ivy or Poison Oak. I have been using Caladryl for over a week and It just isn't going away. Is there anything else I can use to help the itching? My friend suggested Benedryl. Would that be a good alternative?
