House contract signed after "Time of Acceptance" expired! Still good?
    Hi,

I signed a real estate contract on Oct 8th and the "Time of Acceptance" for the contract to expire on Oct 7th. Is the contract still valid? Is this a technicality that could allow a buyer to back out of the contract and keep their Binder?

    Thank you.

    A buyer keeping a binder?
    The offer or the deposit?
Please explain exactly what stage you are at in the transaction, and if you are the buyer, and who is holding the money.
