Church studies on the percentage of pastor\
We are in the process of preparing our Church budget for 2013. We are noticing that our Staff salaries seem to be consuming a high percentage of our total budget? We are wondering if there is data or statistics for churches with paid Pastor(s) & Staff that would provide us with some guidelines as to what % of the total budget should the Pastor's Salary & Benefits make up? Thanks!
