Im a 25 years old virgin... I experienced a bartholyin cyst 2 years ago and was teated with sporanox... It worked well but since that I have been experiencing vaginal dryness that is increasing by time even if Im sexually aroused and then I can feel a lumb at the end of my vagina (the same place of the cyst)... I don't know what should I do?
