    Information on 720 degree appraisal
    Hii,

    We all know about 360 degree performance appraisal in the organization, does anyone know about 720 degree performance apppraisal?? Can you tell me where or on which website can I get good information on 720 degree performance appraisal? and also which organization applies that technique, the advantages of 720 degree and the results of applying it??

    720 degree was a new one to me, but now I know the reason my son has been interviewed by so many people at a job interview. Sometimes he has to go back 2 or 3 times to be interviewed by different department heads. You asked for a website, so here is one below and I hope it helps

    720 degree is 360 degree performance appraisal done twice.Organizations apply the technique of 720 so that they can measure the result of 360 degree feedback over some definite period and compare the results.There is a very good website which provides software for conducting 720 degree feedback online.
