    Glass block shower window
I have a vinyl window above my bathtub. I want to remove the window and replace it with glass block. Can I just remove the vinyl replacement window, and build the new block window in the old window frame and leave the exterior brickmold intact? My exterior is brick veneer.

The simple answer is yes. Does the building code in your area allow this? Do u have an exhaust fan in the room?

If the dimensions will accept the block without cutting, it would be ideal.

Set block against outer window stop and be sure to seal and waterproof mortar.

    Have done this. Looks good.
