My girlfriend and I went on a break because we always argued a lot so we wanted to give each other some space for a while. I go on her profile page on fb and I saw that she unfriended me. I messaged her asking why she deleted me and she told me she didn't I asked her who did and she told me this guys name. I asked her who is this guy and she told me that that's the guy her parents got her engaged to I asked her why she couldn't say no to her parents but she told me that her father told her that he has heart problems and he might die soon and his last wish is to see his daughter get married to the guy he chooses and she agreed to it... Im trying to understand what her situation is but it's just that I love her so much to just give up on her.. I don't know what to do please help me :(

First you were not on a break, you broke up, she at that point was free to date, and do what she wants. The relationship was not working, there were problems,

So what do you do, be glad it is over, stop contact with her and move on with your life. Start dating and find someone new

What do you need to do? Simply put... grow a pair, get over it and move on. She is an EX... she is no longer a part of your life... and you need to come to terms with that... and the sooner you do the better.

The past is the past... focus on the here and now... and the future... she isn't part of either of those, and won't be.

And eventually you will do this, everyone deals with this at some point. But trying to cling to the past only prolongs this.

Thank you for the advice I guess your right I was talking to her today and she told me that she is better off without me and the guy she's engaged to makes her more happy then I did it's hard to let go but I guess I have no other choice thanks again

Yep... she was pretty blunt... use that as a crutch to keep your mind on why you need to move on... it does get easier... but you do have to make the effort for it to happen.
