My dog is barely eating or drinking for last 2 days and been sick afew times
I have a 2 and a half year old staffordshire bull terrier, and the last two days she has been sick afew times and she barely/hasnt eaten or drank, we have taken her for walks but she isn't as energetic as before and just doesn't seem to be the same as she normally is.

What can we do? Is it a trip to the vets?

I would say that a trip to the vet is your best option.
Is it possible she has gotten into some chemical or trash?
Or perhaps chewed and swallowed part of a toy or piece of cloth?
    Has her diet changed?

I couldn't say we all have work or college she has her bed in our wash room but we make sure it is tidy, but there could off been washing powder on the floor, she doesn't have soft toys or chew on clothing, and she just doesn't eat anymore expept from a few treats when walked

Not wanting to eat is a red flag, when behavior changes this drastically a visit to the vet is always the best option.
