    My boyfriend has a ruff rash close to and on the head of his penis dark red said its been there since he was 14 he is 24 now he said it showed up after his second time having sex with a girl who has Hpv he never went to a doctor what could it be? I'm scared I'm high for Risk cervical cancer

    First thing he needs to do is see a doctor. He needs to find out what it is. You need to make sure you do not have unprotected sex with him, ever.

    I would be terrified if I was you.

    He has no concern for his own health, and obviously no concern for yours or any girl he has had sex with.

    I hope you have not had sex with him without a condom.

    If I was you, the answer is, tell him no sex, till he goes to the doctor, and finds out what it is.
