    Weight Loss
    I seriously want to loose weight... nd look good... bt can't go on diets...
    M working also so can't spare tym for joining aerobice or yoga...

    KINDLY SUGGEST... I badly want to reduce weight

    Why can't you go on a diet and why can't you find time to exercise...

    You HAVE to do one or both... or you will get even fatter. Because what you have been doing so far obviously isn't working for you..

    You have to increase your physical activity.. and you need to reduce your caloric intake.

    Can't go on a diet? Umm OK if you have cravings so bad a diet wouldn't work just start by cutting out all drinks except water.

    Don't say theirs no time for exercise I used to attend school 7 hours a day and work 5 hours after school I still found time for 4 mile runs so wake up extra early or walk home.
