    I want to loose weight
    Please help me loose weight I am 18 years of age and I am 5 feet 3 inch tall and my weight is 55 the biggest priblem for me is ma hips... I don't fit inm ajeans animore help me

    The first two most important changes you can make is Diet and exercise! You need to change any bad eating habits you have, like fast food, fried foods, candy, cookies sugary snack cakes, sodas, or preseweetened drinks. And switch to Whole grain breads, pasta, rice, and cereals. Then your choice of meats, skinless chicken, turkey breast, lean loin type meats, fish, 3 oz is 1 serving size. Add fruits and veggies, that are steams or lightly boiled, and when cooking your meats, bake or broil them in canola or olive oils. Drink lots of water! Cut out processed foods, Chosing low fat, low sugar, low sodium, and smaller servings will help greatly. Our plates should be 1/2 fruit or veggies, 1/4 whole grain, and 1/4 protein. Read nutritional labels for excess fats, sodium or sugar, and learn to eat what is one serving only, takes a little getting use to but it does count, big time. 1-2% or skim milk, non fat yogurt and part skim or skim cheeses, 1 1/2 oz, should be served 3-4 x a day, it really does aid in fat breakdon of the fat cells,Calcium regulates eneergy metabolism, which increase fat breakdown and decreases body fat. The last advise is you must exercise, walk, jog, bike, crunches, leg lifts, weights, resistance training, aerobics, swimming, just move that body 30-60 minutes, 4-5 times a week.:p
