FL requires a 3 day pay or quit notice. What you got was not a legal notice.

Have you already previously gotten notice to pay or quit ? Have you previously gotten notice of a eviction hearing.
What they are doing is not legal unless you have the pervious done.
Did you go to sheriff office and ask if they reallyposted it?

I received the 3 day... was never given the option of a hearing so no never received notice, I received a 5 day to respond which I did and 5 days later their lawyer filed a default 2 days after that the writ everything went so fast... I don't know if the sheriff actually posted but has the sheriff stamp on it so I'm assume so.

Yes, they are going to set you out, unless you can go pay before the date and time on the notice, you had better find a place to move your things,

You need to look more closely at the 5 day. The 3 day is a notice to vacate. If you don't pay or vacate, then the landlord files for an eviction order. You then get a notice to respond, usually with a hearing. That was the 5 day. So you need to go back to the court and find out what happened to your response. Find out why the attorney was able to get a default when you responded.
