    Dark red spot inside mouth on the side of cheek
    I found 2 dark red spots on my inner cheek in my mouth they are painless but are slightly lifted from the skin... what is it?

    Probably just variations in the texture of the skin. Make sure to mention it the next time you go see your doctor. If this is REALLY bothering you, go see a doctor.
