    Problem
I don't know my father, sister, brother. My last name is different from my sibilings. My father (not biligical) wants to adopt me, and my name will change. But I want to find my brother and sister in the future. So I think I might need the same last name. What should I do?

Ask for the adoption but you keep your same name, not impossible.
Your name does not have to change at the adoption.s

But unless your name is very strange, in common names, slim chance of them finding even if they look. Plus you can always keep face book accounts, and other same type sites in both names for contact
