    Dwai probation transfer
    I'm in the process of being charged with a dwai in Colorado and need to transfer to Oklahoma asap. I don't have a place to stay and no family. But in Oklahoma I already have an apartment and a job laid out. How early can I move? Please help!

    You are being "charged" so you have to appear iin court, have hearings and make probations arrangements, You need to arrange this in the sentencing with the judge.
