    Pain
After getting out of the pool I used a new fragrant soap to wash with and after I was done my vagina began to burn and continued for a number of hours is there any thing I can do to relieve the pain.

Sit in a tub of warm water and put some olive oil (or any cooking oil) on a washcloth and hold it against yourself and just lie back and try to relax for 20 minutes.
I suspect that the chlorine in the pool reacted with an ingredient in the soap.

Agree, hot bath, if this was a new soap, may be a allergic reaction to it also.
