Yes you could, but impossible to tell so early.
You need to wait for your next cycle before taking an HPT or doctor blood test.

Having unprotected sex greatly increases your chances of pregnancy. However, it would be too early for you to be experiencing any pregnancy symptoms.

You will have to wait to see if you get your next period when it is due.

You could have the beginning of a urinary tract infection.

If you take a test today, you will get a negative as you wouldn't even be pregnant yet.

You see, you had sex on Oct. 5. It takes 3 - 5 days for the sperm to travel up to the fallopian tube where it meets with the egg. Then it takes another 3 - 5 days to travel back down the fallopian tube where it implants in the uterus.

To get the most accurate result you should wait approximately one week after you are late for your period. You also need to use first morning urine to test.

So since ovulation is expected to take place like 14days before the next period.. is it possible for fertilization to take place considering my dates.. and my next period being expected like on the 24th

If you do indeed ovulate 14 days after your period, you wouldn't have gotten pregnant with this encounter. But remember that you don't ALWAYS ovulate on the same day. Women have even been known to get pregnant while on their periods.

This is why using one or preferably more forms of contraception is necessary every time you choose to have sex if you are not trying to conceive.

In the end, you will have to wait to see if your next period comes when it is due. There are no tests that can be done before that time.

The online ovulation charts or phone apps are fun passtimes but tell you nothying really, are and if you relying on them, they are only right sometimes, You have to actually track ovulationo though temp and other body changes.

Next there is plenty of sperm in the early fluids, does not matter where he finished.

Next "he said" you were there, where did he finsish, when he discharged where did you see it go, or have to clean it up from ? And of course guys say that most lie.

There is nothing, not a single thing you can do now but wait till end of the month and see if you get or miss this period. If you miss it, come back and let us know.
