    Tithes and taxes
    I gave tithes to my church last year. I received a letter from the church about tax deductible contribution. My question is where should I include this information in my tax form?

    I am filling form 1040 NR-EZ.

    You CANNOT include it on Form 1040NR-EZ.

    You must file Form 1040NR and include it on the Schedule A (page 3 of the Form 1040NR packet) under CHARITABLE DONATIONS,
