Unknown movie from the 90īs
There was a woman with a car driving with a her sisters baby and two other guys, and suddenly the brakes gone off. And she could not stop the car. There was a cop who was trying to help them by going front of their car and braking. But this didn't work out very well. After that came a choper and pulled out the baby.
