    Lower right abdominal pain
I have had lower right sided abdominal pain for 3 plus hours with some mild fever 99.0, I have had lower abdominal pain before but not exactly like this it is worse when lightly pressed and released, it is sharp and as I said it is worse when lightly pressed then released as well when I walk to any where I get the pain worse. It has not gotten any worse in the last few hours, so my question is should I visit the ER now or should I wait for a while longer and see if it progresses.

Why would you wait until it 'progresses'? Can't tell you what it is, but sounds as if it should be attended to possibly asap. People have found themselves in dire straights from procrastinating that it 'will be better in the morning'.
